Located in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis, Soltva is a six story, 100 unit apartment building completed in 2012. Soltva’s amenities include a rooftop deck with a skyline view, living room, board room, exercise room, outdoor patio with firepit, and access to Mississippi River trails and Washington Avenue nightlife. One of the driving forces behind Soltva was to create an eco-friendly apartment building.
