The idea for Solhavn came from the successful completion of its sister site, Soltva. Located in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis, Solhavn is a six story, 137 unit apartment building completed in 2013. Solhavn’s amenities include a rooftop deck with a skyline view, living room, board room, exercise room, outdoor patio with firepit, and access to Mississippi River trails and Washington Avenue nightlife.
