Robb has worked for TE Miller Development since 2007 where he oversees business development.  TE Miller Development owns, manages, and develops multi-family housing and has approximately 1,550 units of multi-family housing under management.  Robb’s development experience includes over 1,500 units of apartments totaling over $330 million in development costs across 11 projects: the $20M York Place Apartments; the $18M Soltva (Finance and Commerce “Top Project 2013”); the $42M LEED Gold 7west; the $25M Solhavn; the $12M Nolo Flats; the $21M Lyndy; the $35M OX-OP; the $37M Gibson; the $63M Archive; the $24M Huxley; and the $39M OMRY Apartments.  Robb holds a JD/MBA from the University of St. Thomas. 

 

Robb lives in Eden Prairie with his wife Kelly and their two teenage children. When he isn’t working Robb enjoys golfing, skiing, seeing live music and spending time at the cabin with his family.
